She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Streiff and Marie Streiff (Disch); her daughter Christine Willegal; and her siblings, Dennis Streiff, Daniel Streiff and Carol Klingbeil (Streiff).
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Jones (David), Denise Tully (Thomas), Susan Dlouhy (Jeffrey) and Elizabeth English (Andrew). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Rainbow Hospice for providing compassionate palliative and end-of-life support to Joyce and her family in the months preceding her death, and to the Alzheimer's Association for ongoing guidance regarding dementia care.
