He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Winters and Elizabeth Winters (Rain); and his sisters, Nancy Ellen Wittington and Edith Ann Winters. He is survived by: his nephews, Michael Whittington (Valerie) and Edward Troutman (Chris).
