It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Anthony Acker of Middleton, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Acker Sr. and Elizabeth Acker (Ziegler); and his siblings, Mary Voss, Gladys Boeker and Daniel Acker.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Coleman; his children, Peter Acker (Linda), Scott Acker (LeAnn), Lance Acker (Mickey Wagner), Lani Largent (Scott) and Shawn Jessie; his sisters, Darlene Endres and Annette Thompson (Mike); his grandchildren, Tristan Largent, Briana Jessie, Emerson Largent and Elliott Acker; and his sister-in-law Patty Acker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
