He is survived by: his mother Mary Sambrook; his children, Cecilie Pleet (Wisconsin Rapids) and Ryan Sambrook Pleet (Wisconsin Rapids); his sister Jaime Berg (Brooks); his nieces, Arianna Berg and Nevaeh Berg; his nephew Brigham Berg (Sun Prairie); and his stepbrother Dusten Braaksma.
