Jensen (Middleton, Wisconsin), born in Spring Green, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 23, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Debra Nimbar and David. He is survived by: his parents, James Jensen and Erma Jensen (Young); his children, Robert, Donald (Marsha), Michael, Joseph (Carol), John Pertzborn-Jensen (Sharon), Mary Marmolejo (Juan), Diane Grunert, Christina Jensen, Patrick and Kathleen Gagas (Randy); his son-in-law Scott Nimbar; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Sarah, Amy, Matt, Collin, Gretel, Natasha, Mitchell, David James, Kyle, Devin, Jared, Brandon and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels or Agrace HospiceCare, Inc. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Goldrosen and staff at Associated Physicians; The staff at The Villa at Middleton Village and to Agrace HospiceCare, Inc. for their loving care and support.
