He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Dahlk and Anna Mae Dahlk (Mandt). He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie "Sue" Nelson; his sons, Michael Dahlk (Michele) and Bradley Dahlk (Renee); his grandchildren, Derek, Sarah and Vivian; and his siblings, Ruth Stormer (Gene), John Dahlk (Mutzy) and Kristie Stapleton (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
