He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Kelter; his stepfather Joseph Reuter; and his brother Alan Kelter (Faith). He is survived by: his stepson Jim; his wife Sharon; his daughter Lori Zenker (Eric); his grandchildren, Anna and Ashley; his nephew Patrick Kelter (Sheena); his great-nieces, Elsie and Emmy; and his niece Sara Matzke (Caleb). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Jim's family respectfully requests that attendees wear masks at the visitation.
