With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Matthew Smith (Middleton, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 8, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Matthew and Marion Elizabeth Smith (Lansdowne); his brother Robert; and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his sister Brenda; his children, Bryan (Ann Ustad), Owen (Anne Collins) and Amy; his grandchildren, Emrys Smith (Jessica Williams), Emily Green (Christopher), Sarah Smith York (Brian), Eric and Ben; and his great grandchildren, Xavier, Daxter, Liam, Vivienne and Calix.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jerry's name to Agrace HospiceCare or MOM (Middleton Outreach Ministry).
