She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Neifert and Hermiena "Midge" Neifert (Roseboom); her husband Richard Bridges; and her sister Jean Fetters. She is survived by: her daughters, Krista Bridges (Steve Klein), Janet Bridges, Julie Klingbiel (Dan) and Teri Hottmann (Dave); her grandchildren, Kasi Smith, Heather Felker, Jeri Willie, Drew Hottmann, Kevin Klingbiel and Mitch Klein; and her sister Vernal McClymond (Jim). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the family and they will donate to Genny's charities of choice.
