It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Frances (Bowen) Bellissimo of Middleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Bowen and Gertrude Bowen (Dube); her siblings, Mary Louise and J. Bradley; and her husband Joseph E. Bellissimo.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Schumann (David), Joseph Bellissimo (Carolyn), Daniel Bellissimo (Cheryl Hillery), Elizabeth Bellissimo, Thomas Bellissimo (Patricia) and Mary Battista (Stephen). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be directed to St. Vincent de Paul Society, St. Bernard Catholic Church in Middleton, Middleton Outreach Ministry, or Catholic Charities of Madison.
