She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Klostermann and Armella Klostermann (Bruggemann). She is survived by: her husband Jim Leonard of Middleton, WI; her siblings, Kathy Klein (Ron), Bonnie Klostermann, JoAnne Cairy (Lee), Mary Donovan (Bill), Margie Klostermann, Jane Cobb (Peter), Bob Klostermann (Karen) and Carl Klosterman; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Holland (Tom).

In lieu of flowers an Elaine M. Leonard memorial fund will be established.
