He was predeceased by: his parents, Alderman Leo J. and Emma Cooper, Jr. (Kennedy). He is survived by: his wife Janis Cooper (Bresock); his children, Matthew, Eric (Anna) and Robin (Paul Trolinger); his grandchildren, Josephine Cooper, Peyton and Liam Trolinger; and his siblings, Cathy Hlavacek, Leo (LeeAnn), Mark (Joan), Joseph Cooper (Susan) and Kennedy. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
