She was predeceased by: her niece Kristen Tringnali. She is survived by: her parents, Richard DiGrandi and Carol DiGrandi; her husband Mark; her siblings, Cathy Roney and Nanette Tringnali; her nieces, Shawn Roney, Kaylene Tringnali and Brianna Tringnali; and her nephew Kevin Roney.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gilda's Club of Madison in Denise's name.
