He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvey Johnson and Elsie Johnson (Beil); and the mother of his children Frances Dalton. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Brian, Daniel, Thomas, Jeanette Scherschel and Jacqueline Maybach (Ted); his grandchildren, Alexis Johnson, Zach Scherschel (Sarah), Ben Scherschel, Spencer Johnson, Nathan Maybach and Molly Maybach; his great grandchild Leo Scherschel; and his siblings, Patricia Marfilius and Robert Johnson. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
