He was predeceased by: his son Larry Hanson; his parents, Laurence Hanson and Edith Hanson; and his parents-in-law, Bill and Ruth Garrott.
He is survived by: his son Craig; his wife Linda Hanson (Garrott) of Mount Horeb; his children, Vicki Villacrez (Steve), Bryan Hanson (Kim Lewis) and Tracy Kneubuehl (Ed); and his grandchildren, Kayla Brooks (Andrew), Erin Villacrez, Tyler Geiwitz, Garrott Villacrez, Lauren Hanson (Jenna Hanson) and Brendan (Aleissia). He is also survived by his wife, four children and six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Agrace HospiceCare, Fitchburg.
