He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hilar, Winnifred Flad, John and Mildred Busse; and his father-in-law Tom Miller.
He is survived by: his parents, Tim Flad and Bonnie Flad (Busse); his daughters, Ashley and Emma; the mother of his children Becky; his brother Joe Flad; his nephews, Dayne and Westen; and his brothers-in-law, Shane and Charlie Miller. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
