He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; his children, Marcella Jakobsen (Karl), Matthew Doll (Amy) and Michael Doll (Erin); his grandchildren, Cooper Doll, Grayson Doll, Nora Doll and Natalie Doll; and his siblings, Barbara Johnson, Donna Chan, Dug Doll and Timothy Doll. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
