He is survived by: his parents, Amy Culver and Mark Culver; his siblings, Mavrik Culver and Abby Culver (Sydney MacWilliams) of Middleton; his grandmother Helen Culver; and his aunts and uncles, Barb Culver, Diane Traub (Ron), Rick Andrews, Laurie Lansman (Jay), Mitch Andrews (Laurie), Jim Andrews (Cindy) and Jodi (Brian).
