He is survived by: his stepson Timothy "Tim" Long (Paula); his children, Sheila (Paul White), Jeffery, Jay Medrano Hilo (Andrea) and Ben Medrano Fresno (Jessica); his sister Marian Knight Coon (Warren); his grandchildren, Nicolas "Nick" Retana, Madison, Sarah Buhler, Devin and Connor Long; his stepgranddaughters, Chloe Medrano, Hannah, Allison and Natalie Medrano of Fresno, CA.; and his great grandchildren, Isabel, Rowan and Jack Retana.
