He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Kampling (Harrison). He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Harrison and Lauren; his father Kenneth of Lenexa, KS; and his brother Matthew (Julie) of Overland Park, KS. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tony's name to St. Johns Northwestern Military Academy, or the Nature Conservancy.
