He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hable and Arlyle Hable (Ackerman); and his brother Gerald. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hable; his children, Diane Roberts (Darrel) and Jeff Hable; and his grandchildren, Jared Roberts and Samantha Roberts.
Allen requested that memorial gifts be given to St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church or Wisconsin Parkinson Association.
