Fortin (Merton, Wisconsin), born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Levern Fortin and Agnes Fortin. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Fortin; his sons, Jeff Fortin (Nikki Jones) and Mark Fortin (Heather); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jacob and Sam; and his brothers, Ed, William, Charles and Tom. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Lake Country Fine Arts School and Gallery to be used for scholarships in the Adaptive Arts Program in Tim's memory.

“Mary Ann, Jeff and Mark. I am so sorry for your loss. Merton has lost such a friendly and nice neighbor and resident. I know he was a loving husband but what I remember the most is his excitement of becoming a father. I am sure he had that same excitement for the grandchildren.
