It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Frame Kerr (Merton, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kerr and Ivy Kerr. She is survived by: her husband Paul Carroll; her aunt Maureen; her uncle Ian Day; and her pets, Pepper and Wallace. She is also survived by family members and friends.
