He was predeceased by: his parents, James Atkinson and Shirley Atkinson (Middleditch). He is survived by: his fiancé Cathrine Roelke; his sister Gayle Cunningham (Johnny); his nieces, Julie and Tammy; his great-nephew Austin; his great-niece Breauna; and his parents-in-law, Tony and Barbara Roelke. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
