He was predeceased by: his parents, David Caldwell and Arlene Caldwell; and his sister-in-law Cheri Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Susan Weber; his brothers, Roger of Sheridan, Tom of Sheridan and Phillip (Julie) of New Berlin, Wisconsin; his sister-in-law Anne Skowlund (Richard) of Sheboygan, Wisconsin; his uncle Stanley Fortney (Bonnie) of Boscobel; and his aunt Celia Rose (Donald) of Boscobel, Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
