With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles R. Cady of Merrimac, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 31, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jr. and Gertrude (Swedlund); his father-in-law Burton Brodt (Virgina); his sister Marion Nelson; and his siblings-in-law, Harry Griffin, Bob Bolstad, Donald Brodt and Carole Fowich.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brodt; his children, Diane Zbilski (Jeffery) of Merrimac and Michael Cady (Paige) of LaFayette, TN; his grandchildren, Nicole Zbilski (Michael Heatherly), Tyler Zbilski (Nichoel Lawson), Veronica Chambers (Lucas), Morgan Solomon (Nicholas) and Jacob Cady (Baylee); his great grandchildren, Caden, Nicholas, Tre, Moriah, Scarlett, Mikayla, Otto and Madilynn; his sister Patricia Griffin; and his sister-in-law Nancy Bolstad. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other close relatives and dear friends.
