He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Patrick (Kriemelmeyer) and John Patrick; and his stepson Joel Justin. He is survived by: his wife June (Sampson); his children, David Patrick (Suzette), Dawn Peuschold (Lee) and Deborah Patrick (Jeff Lester); his sisters, Kate Patrick and Sharon Crandall (Raymond); his stepsons, Jeffrey Justin (Sarah) and Jonathan Justin (Heather); and his stepgrandchildren, Megan, Sean (Nicole), A. J., Steven, Connor, Kyle, Alyssa, Conor, Meharu and Tarikua. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
