With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Allan Casper of Merrillan, Wisconsin, born in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 15, 2020 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Casper and Ledra Casper (Craig); and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his siblings, Verland, Calvin (Sharon) and Karen Burnett. He is also survived by step-children; nieces; nephews; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
