He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Casper and Ledra Casper (Craig); and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his siblings, Verland, Calvin (Sharon) and Karen Burnett. He is also survived by step-children; nieces; nephews; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
