She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Smith and Clara Smith of Merrill; her husband Floyd Grunenwald (Merrill); her brother Stan Smith (Doris); and her in-laws, Edward Grunenwald (Ruth), Lavine Krause (Lorenz), Douglas Grunenwald (Lorraine), Lloyd Grunenwald (Gladys), Wilbur Grunenwald, Jeanette Schmolze, Eugene Grunenwald (Mabel) and Vilas Steidinger.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob (Janet) and Mike; her brother Leslie Smith (Sherri); her grandsons, Chris (Sarah), Nick (Caroline), Alex (Moriah) and Ty (Tylar); and her in-laws, Duane Grunenwald (Carol), Al Schmolze, Phyllis Kostecki (Clarence) and Laverne Grunenwald.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, the Lincoln County Humane Society, or the Merrill Historical Society.
