He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Eugene Alexander and Dorothy Krembs (Seicheck); and his aunts and uncles, Edgar, Mae Wieseke (Seicheck), Emil Krembs, Phil Krembs, Richard Krembs, John Krembs, Lenore Banks (Krembs), Robert Banks and Nader Gilani.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Perry (Garret); his cousins, Barbara Matter (Matt), Debbie Gilani, David Banks (Patti), J. P. Banks (Kathy) and Kathy Banks; and his close friends, Warren and Marlene Schmidt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in celebration and thanksgiving of Dr. Tom to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church – 1708 E. Tenth St., Merrill, WI; Pine Crest Nursing Home – 2100 E. Sixth St., Merrill; or the Merrill Historical Society – 100 E. Third St., Merrill.
