He is survived by: his father Gordon Hayes; his wife Heather Hayes; his children, Payten, Leslee, Madisin, Hunter and Isaac; his sister Hope Baginski (Brian); his father-in-law Frank Lipinski; his nieces, Hannah 'Banana' and Gabby 'Stinky'; his great-nephew Jaxon; his great-niece Anna; and his grandmother Bonnie Kummer. He is also survived by many other family members, loving aunts and uncles and good friends.
