She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Eichsteadt and Hilda Eichsteadt Karberg; her stepparents, Karl Karberg and Eleanor Karberg; and her siblings-in-law, Grace Ann Brown and Maurice Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Hostvedt of Merrill; her children, Helen Hostvedt (Greg Wood) of Coon Rapids, Sarah Monti (Jeff) of Merrill and Jim Hostvedt (Kim) of Merrill; her granddaughters, Leah Seavecki (Brent) of New London, Bella Ruplinger (Dylan) of Merrill and Olivia Hostvedt of Merrill; her great grandchildren, Tayson, Colton, Lawson and Walker; and her brother-in-law Thomas Hostvedt of Oshkosh.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to Aspirus Hospice House in Wausau and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
