He is survived by: his father Bennie Ross; his sons, Russell "Butch" Ross Jr. (Shari Rodriguez) of Merrill and William "Bill" Ross of Milwaukee; his grandchildren, Cameron and Sara Ross; his nephew Steven Ross; his niece Danielle "Sissy" Story; and his great-niece Carissa Ross-Gomez.
