He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig Neubauer and Rosa Neubauer (Deutschenbaur); and his siblings, Ludwig Neubauer, Frances Rein and Erika Richter.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Neubauer of Merrill; his daughters, Tonya Ann Roth (Mike) of Maumelle, AR and Tiffany Sue Lemanski (Todd) of Oregon, WI; and his grandchildren, Noah Roth, Samuel Roth, Sarah Iverson (JaVaughn), Josiah Roth and Daniel Roth. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
