She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Middlestead and Mabel Middlestead (Allen); her spouse Thomas Schotz; her daughter Laura Duginski; and her siblings, Phyllis Hass, Beverly Plautz, Charles, Theodore E Jr., John and Eugene Middlestead.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky Berndt (Douglas) of Merrill and Lisa Theese (Scott) of Cumberland; and her son-in-law Patrick Duginski of Merrill. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandson.
