He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Ward and Margaret Ward; his wife Laura Gries; his children, Douglas Ward of Tomahawk and Elizabeth Woodward (Dustin) of Merrill; his grandchildren, Aiden Jaeger and Braydon Woodward; his sisters, Dolly Zarintash (Kim), Cathy Foster (Butch) and Jeannie Newman (Robert); and his mother-in-law Dorothy Gries. He was also cherished by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.
