He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Porath and Elfrieda Porath (Lambrecht); his wives, Phyllis Porath and Veronica Porath; his daughter Patti Porath; and his siblings, Otto (Selma), Melvin Porath (Pat), Lavila Steckling (Albert) and Charlotte LaBarge (Roman).
He is survived by: his children, Randy Porath, Merrill and Tracy Miller (Todd); his grandchildren, Echo Blake-Porath, Mark Porath, April Degner (Dee), Chad Sabatke, Devlin Miller and Caden Miller; and his siblings, Robert Porath (Bernice), Grace Raddatz, Lorraine Raddatz, Shirley Olkives (Allen) and Pearl Sabatke (Leslie). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
