He is survived by: his son Walter Thomas (Tiffany Ann); his grandchildren, Sullivan Walter and Lincoln Walter; his son Kevin Walter; his siblings, Mardell Pagel (Thomas) and Ronald Mootz Sr.; his daughter Kimberly Landwher (Ryan); his grandchildren, Briah and Maci; his son Ronald Mootz Jr. Roger; and his siblings-in-law, Katherine Baumann, Bonnie Thurs, Lynda Kropp (Mike), Wanda Kleinschmidt, Lois Schmidt (Lee), Rebecca Kleinschmidt, Laurie Kleinschmidt, Virgil (Sherry), Dean Kleinschmidt (Peggy Gruetzmacher), Brian Kleinschmidt and Jonathan Kleinschmidt (Rebecca). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
