He was predeceased by: his father Ron Mittelsteadt. He is survived by: his mother Faye Mittelstead (Kuckhahn) of Merrill; his wife Tania Mittelsteadt of Merrill; his pet Sabbath; his sisters, Rhonda Nowak (Chris) of Merrill and Rhegan Eggebrecht of Merrill; his brother-in-law Roy Eggebrecht of Merrill; his brother Shane Boettcher (Jenny) of Idaho; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Nickolas, Kyah, Zach, Bryce, Brady, Cole and Caitlyn.
