He was predeceased by: his father Carl Boquist; his son Lucas Boquist; his siblings, Walter Boquist and Jerry Boquist; his father-in-law Bud Walrath; his stepfather-in-law John Knapek; and his brother-in-law Danny Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Boquist; his children, Laura Beyer (Pat), Aaron Boquist (Krissy) and Carl Boquist (Ranee Lott); his grandchildren, Tricia Evans (Doug), Travis Beyer, Emma Boquist and Ally Boquist; his great grandchildren, Tyson and Violet Evans; and his siblings, Elaine Wicke, Carol Boquist, Betty Walrath (Dan), Don Boquist (Jenalyn), Sandy Koutnik (Bill) and Karla Boquist.
