He was predeceased by: his parents, George Buehler and Dorothy Buehler (Szwingley); and his grandson Jordan Buehler. He is survived by: his wife Lee Buehler; his son Bryan Buehler (Jolene); his stepchildren, Meredith Heldt (John), Miranda Voss (Kevin) and Micah Michalski; and his sister-in-law Elsie Buehler. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. John Lutheran Church in Merrill.
