He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sr. Schwartz and Verna Schwartz (Edmund); his daughter Sara Elizabeth Schwartz; and his brother-in-law Tom Smith. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Schwartz (Haverfield) of Merrill; his son Andrew Schwartz of Wausau; his granddaughter Elizabeth Schwartz; his brothers, Gary Schwartz (Mary) of Merrill and Ray Jr. Schwartz (Ellie) of Merrill; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Bradley (Peter) of Lakewood and Ann Smith of Lakewood Colorado. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Stephens United Church of Christ (903 E 2nd St, Merrill, WI 54452). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Merrill Memorial Park Cemetery Memorial (201 N Memorial Dr, Merrill, WI 54452).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Children's Cancer Society or Make a Wish Foundation of Wisconsin.
