It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Ashton (Merrill, Wisconsin), born in Loves Park, Illinois, who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Ashton and Emily Ashton (Jans); his wife Deborah 'Debbie' Ashton; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Betty Smith; and his brother-in-law Mike Boettcher.
He is survived by: his son Ramcey Ashton (Victoria) of Merrill; his granddaughter Rhyle Ashton of Merrill; his siblings, Jean Boettcher of Florence, Wisconsin and Richard Ashton (Vicki) of Loves Park, Illinois; and his brother-in-law Jeff Smith (Mary) of Rhinelander. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
