Thompson (Merrill, Wisconsin), born in Irma, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 21, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Thompson and Marie Thompson (Anthony); and his siblings, Ted, Jr., Earl, Ken, Don, Raymond, Irene, John, Cleve, Carl and Caroline.
He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Thompson; his children, Sally McHenry (Steve), Sheila Roth (Darin) of Wausau and David Thompson (Lorna Gentz) of Plover; his grandchildren, Molly Sullivan (Terry) of Chicago, Erin McHenry of St. Paul, Abby McHenry of Inver Heights, Alex Sousek (Ariel Loftus) of Weston, Patrick Kleinschmidt of Merrill, Hollie Thompson (Laura) of Madison and Anthony Roth of Wausau; his great grandchild Ilan Thompson of Madison; and his sister Kathy Baker of Birnamwood.
