She was predeceased by: her father Chester J. Polebitski; her daughter Rebecca Peeters; and her brother Jim Polebitski. She is survived by: her husband Larry Peeters; her daughter Therese Kufahl (Jeremy); her grandsons, Kurtis and Tyler Kufahl; her great grandchild Asher Kufahl; and her siblings, Richard Polebitski and Susan Hubeny. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
Charities were near and dear to Pat's heart, so family requests that in lieu of flowers, to please direct donations in Pat's name to the Relay of Life, Bell Tower Residence, Merrill Food Pantry or St. Vincent De Paul.
