She was predeceased by: her mothers, Frances Taylor and Cecilia Taylor (Copiskey); her husband Ralph Frank; and her brother Leon. She is survived by: her children, Richard Wagner (Jean) of Waupun, WI, Russel Frank (Geralen) of Merrill, Tim Frank (Dee) of New Berlin, WI, Terry Willet (Claude) of Irma, WI, Mary Jo Frank (Pam) of Kansas City, MO and Kristina Wagner (Bob) of Hartford, WI; and her sisters, Jean Owens of Ripon, WI and Kathy Bornick (Don) of Largo, FL.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
