He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kufahl and Elsie Kufahl (Jaeger); his siblings, Vernon Kufahl, Melvin Kufahl, Kenneth Kufahl and Lorraine Kraft; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Kraft, Bernhard 'Ben' Detert and Fern Kufahl.
He is survived by: his sister Elvera Detert; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Kufahl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
