He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Chrudimsky; his son Christopher Chrudimsky (Jennifer); his grandsons, Gus of Merrill, Henry of Merrill and Max Chrudimsky of Merrill; his siblings, Mary Schmoll (John) of Antigo, Jane Keen (Jerome) of Antigo, Betty Gervais (Tim) of Antigo, Rose Chrudimsky of Antigo, George Chrudimsky (Kathy), David Chrudimsky (Joanne), Robert Chrudimsky (Kathy), Eugene Chrudimsky (Karen) and Randy Chrudimsky; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Chrudimsky.
