Van Lieshout; his niece Kate Adell Papke (Jerow); his parents-in-law, Richard and Patricia Jerow; and also Richard Weyenberg.
He is survived by: his significant other JoEllyn Jerow; his children, John Van Lieshout (Katie) of Merrill and Becca Polar (Jesse) of Madison, Wis.; his grandchildren, Emma, Colton, Piper and Nykola; his pet Aggie; his siblings, David Van Lieshout (Connie) of Green Valley, Ariz, James Van Lieshout (Barb) of Jefferson Wis, Weyenberg of Algoma, Julie Jacobson of Wausau and Joanne Cegelski (Steve) of Green Bay; and his parents-in-law, Bonnie Jerow of Germantown, Jim Jerow of Davenport, Wash, Kathy Dutcher (Jerow) of Madison, Patricia Garbleman (Dick) of Shawano, John Jerow of The Villages, Fla., Tom Jerow (Steven Schreier) of Rhinelander and Steve Jacobson of Woodville.
