He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Weix and Kathleen Weix (O'Malley); and his siblings, Emil Joe Weix, Mary Ann Ritchay and Pat McCarren.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Louise Weix (Schewe); and his children, Mark Weix Jr. (Deb) of Merrill, Kathleen Weix-Klippel (Paul) of Merrill, Mary Jo Klade (Barry) of Merrill, Joe Weix (Lisa) of Merrill, Barb Redman (Chris) of Eau Claire, WI, Tom Weix (Amy Jay) of Antigo, Jim Weix (Shelley) of Merrill, Bob Weix (Abby) of Cloquet, MN, Bill Weix of Columbia Heights, MN and Paul Weix (Brianne) of Janesville, WI. He is also survived by 38 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family request that donations be directed in Mark's name to the St. Francis Catholic Xavier Church building fund or the Silver M Club.
